Welcome to our exploration of Barcelona, which has become one of our favorite cities in the world! Our multi-day visits in 2022 & 2024 enabled us to discover and visit many buildings, parks, museums, and local streets as well as discover the wonderful local food and people.
This collection is presented in three galleries. The first is “Beautiful Barcelona,” which presents a wide amalgam of the city's elements including downtown streets and markets, churches, the Joan Miró museum, and our favorite, the Palau de la Música Catalana. The second and third galleries are devoted to the astonishing architecture of Antoni Gaudí. The second shares his most famous and iconic work, Sagrada Família, the largest unfinished Catholic church in the world, and the third presents five more of his incredible architectural accomplishments.
