A collection of galleries from our 2014 trip to East Africa. A truly incredible journey! We trekked to see mountain gorillas in Rwanda, went on safari to Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, and the Serengeti in Tanzania to see the great migration of wildebeest and zebra, and spent three days in the Maasai Mara in Kenya where we saw huge numbers of cats, hippos, and many other animals from a base at the Governor's Camp.
As in several past adventures, we traveled with National Geographic Expeditions, which afforded us the added benefit of incredible guides and naturalists.
